Important Guidelines:

What ages is this for?
Classes are designed for children ages 4–9. Your child should be comfortable separating from you, able to use the bathroom independently, and ready to participate in a group setting.

Do parents stay during class?
Yes! One adult must stay for each child (at least one adult per two kids if you are enrolling siblings). Parents can quietly observe or hang in the lobby. We ask that you stay available and aware in case your child needs support.

Can I bring multiple kids?
Sure! But we ask that for every two children enrolled, one adult be present. Please do not bring more than one parent per child due to space limitations.

Is the space child-proof?
Wonderland Yoga is a primarily adult studio. While we’ve taken precautions to keep the environment safe, the space includes artwork, books, crystals, incense, and other decor not intended for children.

This is not a "yes zone." Children should be gently reminded not to explore or touch items outside of the yoga classroom. Once inside the studio, there will be plenty of yoga tools, books, and props specifically designed for the class to engage with!

Behavior expectations:
  • Children must stay within the yoga room during class
  • No running, climbing, or throwing props
  • No food or sticky drinks in the studio
  • No handling of books, incense, decor, or front desk materials
  • Parents should step in quickly if their child becomes disruptive or needs redirection

Can I preview the studio beforehand?
Absolutely! If you'd like to tour the space to ensure it meets your standards, please message us and we’ll schedule a quick visit.

What should we bring?
Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle for your child. Arrive a few minutes early to get settled and let us know in advance if your child has any unique needs or sensitivities.

Cancellation Policy:
Due to limited capacity, this event is non-refundable.

We are so excited to welcome your little ones into our space and co-create something magical, respectful, and fun for everyone involved. Thank you for helping us keep Wonderland a beautiful, shared space for all!
